Payment
STN accepts VISA Debit/Credit, Mastercard, AMEX and STN Digital Gift Cards as acceptable methods of payment. VISA gift cards or any other pre-paid gift cards are not accepted.
If you are seeing a charge on your account but not an Order Confirmation Email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder just in case the email was accidentally deposited there by your email filtering service. If you still are not seeing an Order Confirmation Email, you may be experiencing the following:
STN utilizes AVS (Address Verification Services) as a part of its payment processing protocol. This protects STN’s customers as well as the business from fraudulent activity. In the event that a payment fails due to billing address error, the customer MAY experience failed pending charges on their bank account. It is important to note that these pending charges are created by and wiped by the customer’s bank. STN has no control over the creation or wiping of these failed pending charges. We have never experienced a situation where the customer’s failed pending charge was NOT wiped from their bank account. In order to avoid this issue, the customer should confirm they are entering the proper billing address information as well as using an eligible form of payment.
Shipping
STN ships overseas to US military members with APO, FPO & DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally otherwise, at this time.
STN offers two shipping methods: Regular Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) and Priority Select Shipping (2-3 business days). In rare instances where Priority Shipping is paid but the carrier does not deliver on time, STN issues refunds for the Priority Shipping charge at the customer’s request. If you would like expedited shipping, you can call 319-277-6700 M-F between 9AM-4PM CST and inquire about a phone order with custom shipping.
STN utilizes UPS and USPS for shipping carrier. Both offer regular ground shipping and priority shipping options.
Delivery delays can arise for numerous different reasons such as holiday traffic, inclement weather in parts of the country, etc. If your tracking is showing a delayed delivery or appears to be “stuck” and not updating, it is best to immediately contact your local UPS or USPS (whichever carrier applies to your order) facility and provide them your tracking link. They should be able to provide more insight as to where your package is or what is going on.
Lost package claims must occur within 48 hours of stated delivery by the delivery service. In the instance that a package is claimed lost, STN requires a 5-day grace period before considering the issuance of a refund. This provides an adequate timeline for an attempted re-location of the lost package.
In the event that a package is returned to sender (Total Nutrition) due to invalid address, shipping costs for re-shipment may apply.
Product
STN offers returns for unopened items or opened items that are showing obvious product defects such as broken capsules, clumped powder, etc. In the case that a product is returned unopened, shipping fees will be netted out from the refund total. STN offers ongoing product discounts in a number of ways. Customers can take advantage of Bundle Offerings as well as multi-purchase options on most of our products. We also run “Buy Multiple Units, Save 10%” Sales on many of our brands. Beyond that, customers can stay in the loop with flash sales we run to our SMS subscribers as well as email offers that get sent out weekly.
